Service Guidelines for Iris & Paw Prints

Welcome to Iris & Paw Prints! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience, please review the following service guidelines:

  1. Deposit Requirement:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit must be paid in full before the Zoom link is sent. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to prepare for your session with the utmost care.

  2. Late Arrival Policy:
Punctuality is important to make the most of our time together. If you arrive late to a Zoom session, a late fee of $25 will be applied for every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session may be rescheduled at my discretion, and the deposit may be forfeited.

  3. No Alcohol or Drug Use:
Please ensure you are not under the influence of alcohol or any non-prescribed drugs during our session. This is crucial for maintaining a clear, focused, and respectful environment where we can connect deeply and authentically.

  4. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

  5. Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your session without penalty if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may incur an additional fee.

Thank you for understanding and respecting these guidelines. They are designed to ensure that every session is a positive, productive, and meaningful experience for both you and your pet. I look forward to our time together!
